Recipe: Steak, Goat Cheese, Red Pepper Crostini
Steak, Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Crostini
1 loaf Italian bread
4 ounces goat cheese
1/2 roasted red pepper (jarred is great)
4 ounces steak, sliced into small strips (optional)
Heat oven to 350F. Slice bread into rounds. Bake for until bread is lightly toasted, about 15 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Top each round with goat cheese, steak and red pepper.
