Pop Up Salon @ 7pm on Thursday 2/25!
Join us for a special treat from gifted, local and multi-award winning artists this Thursday eve! Listen to young adult authors Jacqueline Woodson and Jason Reynolds read from their books and hear the music of renowned musician, Toshi Reagon right HERE at Good Wine! We are soooo excited!
This pop-up salon celebrates of the bounty of Brooklyn creativity and community as Black History Month comes to a close and Good Wine completes it’s first full year of supplying and serving up wonderful wines for the Park Slope neighborhood and beyond!
We are offering a few selections from Brooklyn-based sommelier and winemaker André Hueston Mack of Mouton Noir Wines. And, ever true to our “Food Lover’s Wineshop” tagline, there will be Macaroni and Cheese to pair.
For inquiring minds, The Food Griot, our own Tonya Hopkins, will share a tidbit or two on the dish’s fascinating origins in early American History. This Event is FREE; signed books, CD’s and wine (naturally) will be available for purchase.
